Customer Service Representatives
Seeking motivated, full-time Customer Service Representatives for our fast-paced Ticketing, Fan Club, and Merchandise Call Center. Must be computer literate, detail oriented, and have a pleasant phone manner. Job responsibilities include reading and answering e-mails, assisting with inbound telephone calls, and resolving customer service issues. We are looking for outstanding applicants to fill two morning shift positions (9:00am – 5:30pm) and one evening shift opening (3:30pm – midnight). Starting wage is $9.00/hr. Evening shift employees will be paid a shift differential. Previous Call Center experience is desirable.
Web Graphic Designer
Seeking an experienced, detail oriented graphic web designer. A strong understanding of web design, typography and color is essential. Minimum requirements include BFA in design or formal design training; user interface design experience is desired. Flash design skills are required with an understanding of Action Script. Must work in a Mac environment, with full understanding of the Adobe CS3 web design suite and an understanding of XML, CSS and HTML.
