Account Manager - Ticketing/Merchandise Musictoday is seeking an Account Manager to be responsible for managing a roster of ticketing or merchandise clients. Position requires account management or relevant marketing experience; an attitude focused on client and customer satisfaction; and the ability to function in a deadline-oriented and dynamic work environment. Relationship development with clients as well as internal company personnel is imperative. Candidate should communicate well verbally and in writing, and use sound judgment to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products is necessary. Previous account management or ticketing/merchandise industry experience is a plus and love of music a must! College degree preferred. Seasonal Warehouse Workers We are seeking seasonal workers for our warehouse to work the Monday to Friday day shift. Primary responsibility is to pick and pack orders. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and some lifting is required. Some computer experience is a plus. Reliable transportation is a must.
