Assistant Controller
Musictoday, a Live Nation Company, has an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Controller with 5+ years accounting experience. This position will concentrate on the accounting activity within our Artist Merchandise division operations and will include all aspects of general ledger activity, sales tax compliance, fixed assets reporting, and tracking capital expenditures. The position will also be responsible for preparing monthly forecasts and annual budgets and providing analysis of results against plan to the corporate office.

The candidate for this position needs to be a self starter and have strong communication and customer service skills. The ability to multi-task and deal with different personality types is essential. Superior knowledge of MS Office and a Bachelor’s Degree are necessary. Knowledge of Oracle or Great Plains is a definite plus. Include your salary requirements.

Customer Care Director - Live Nation

Customer Service Representatives
Musictoday is seeking motivated and energetic full time Customer Service Representatives for our fast-paced Ticketing, Fan Club and Merchandise customer service department. Must be computer literate, detail oriented, and have a pleasant phone manner. Experience is a plus, but not necessary if you are a quick learner with a great work ethic. Job responsibilities include reading and answering e-mails, assisting with inbound telephone calls, and resolving customer service issues. Our Service Center hours of operation are 9:00 AM to Midnight. We are looking for outstanding candidates to fill openings for mid-morning and evening shifts. An interest in the music industry is a plus.

Inventory Optimization Associates
Musictoday is seeking full-time (M-F 9-6) Inventory Optimization Associates. Responsibilities include cycle counting, SKU slotting and replenishment. Strong mathematical and computer skills and previous warehouse experience are required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and some lifting is required. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Systems Administrator
Musictoday has an immediate opening for a Systems Administrator to join our team. Applicant should have a minimum of two years experience supporting Microsoft and Linux in a server environment. Excellent communication skills and experience supporting helpdesk tools, document creation, and working in a team with senior administrators and project managers are desirable.

Ticketing Account Assistant
Musictoday is seeking a Ticketing Account Assistant to fill a position within our ticketing account management support staff. The core responsibility of this position is to build events for sale online through the use of our proprietary ticketing platform. Tasks are data entry oriented and afford position holders the opportunity to learn how to manage high priority artist, venue, and promoter accounts. Must have excellent time management and communication skills, and be able to work towards deadlines in a fluctuating work environment. Computer proficiency is a must.

Ticketing Fulfillment Team Member
Seeking organized and detail oriented individuals to work during spring and summer in Ticketing Fulfillment. The Ticketing Fulfillment Team Member performs all duties related to the fulfillment of individual ticket orders, from ticket receipt to package shipment. Starting wage for this position is $8.00/hour, more based on experience.
