What is the service?
Musictoday^®'s Digital Download service enables artists to offer audio and video downloads for sale directly through their official Web store. Our solution creates a secure digital content delivery and commerce platform for artists, giving them the power to tailor a digital product by customizing security, file type, and fidelity. The service seamlessly integrates into an existing Web store, allowing artists to provide digital content on demand directly to their fans, when they want it and how they want to listen to it.

Musictoday^®'s digital download service allows fans to come to an artist's site to buy music or video in digital format directly from the artist, in an environment branded to match the artist's existing Web site. The artist need only provide Musictoday^® with the content, price, the file format and file security desired.

Musictoday^® handles the rest, including: encoding the content, integrating the content into the artist's Web store alongside other merchandise, completing order transactions, fulfilling orders, handling all customer service and support, and providing a sales report and settlement check in conjunction with other merchandise sales each month.

This service is a powerful way for artists to sell their entire catalogue. In particular, the flexibility of the Musictoday^® platform facilitates the sale of digital audio and video recordings of live shows.
