Musictoday CD Replication will accept digital files or camera-ready film laid out to our specs. If sending film, please supply us with a match print and mock up of how your booklet or folder will look in finished form. We are happy to output film at a very reasonable price; however, please allow extra time for your project in order to check your files and run a color proof. The signed color proof will need to be returned immediately in order to complete your job in a timely fashion. Also, we will need a match print of your cd silk screen. This is the actual image that will be imprinted onto your discs. There are four variations of the cd silk screen: Standard print, print to center with a knock out for the stacking ring, print to center without a knockout for the stacking ring and metal to center. If you choose either of the print to center options, please fill out the Print Deviation Agreement Form and send it back to us. Please note that if you choose the metal to center option, additional charges will apply. In addition, if you plan to send us digital files for the cd silk screen, fill out the Digital File Imaging Form. By sending digital files or film, we assume that they are in final form. Sending us files or film not done to specification will only delay your time sensitive job and you will also incur additional charges. Typesetting corrections will be billed at $65/hour in addition to any film charges that may apply. Once a job is confirmed with us, we will forward you the proper templates and formats. We also accept customer supplied print, but please make sure the print is to our specifications; otherwise, you will incur hand-packing charges. Before work can proceed on electronic files, you must first fill out our e-file form and last but not least the artwork checklist form. We realize this seems like a lot of paperwork to fill out, but it only ensures that your job is done correctly and in a timely fashion.

Please note that all jobs are quoted using a 4-color process (CMYK). Using special or PMS colors will increase the cost of your print job. Please call or e-mail for special colors, film output or alternative packaging prices.
