After you have reviewed our quote and you like what we have to offer, the next step is to place an order. We have made this process as easy as possible. Simply follow our step-by-step process. You will need to print these forms and submit them.



Step 1:
Fill out the order form.

Step 2:
Fill out the Track Sheet Form(unless track list was provided by your mastering engineer).

Step 3:
Fill out the Master Deviation Agreement (only if your CD is over 74 minutes).

Step 4:
Fill out the E-file Form (if you are submitting your images without camera-ready films for the inserts).

Step 5:
Fill out the Digital File Imaging Form (if you aren't going to submit a set of films for the CD artwork).

Step 6:
Fill out the Top Spine Data Form (only if this is something that you plan on ordering).
note: we will generate the bar-code unless one is provided

Step 7:
Fill out the Print Deviation Agreement Form (only if the artwork will be covering up the stacking-ring)

Step 8:
Fill out the Terms & Conditions Form (IMPORTANT).

Step 9:
Package all forms, match-print, deposit, master, and a full mock-up of the CD (the way it should look).
